UK Shoemaker saves 62% with G-LED™ lighting

Prestigious Shoemaker John Lobb reduces lighting costs by 62%.

The prestigious UK shoe brand ‘John Lobb’ has been hand-making the finest shoes and boots for gentlemen since 1866 and wanted to investigate methods for reducing operational costs as part of their progressive energy management programme.

Following a successful survey across their listed Northamptonshire workshop, GET Solutions identified that the successful shoemakers could save 62% against their existing lighting operational costs and save 4.8 tonnes in CO2 each year.

GET Solutions arranged for the high-quality LED equipment to be delivered to site over two separate dates to minimise any disruption to productivity or daily operations.
