Alexandra Gate Business Park has Joined The Energy Revolution™. A multi-purpose building offering office suites from 100 to 1500 sq ft with 24/7 access has joined The Energy Revolution™ to reduce carbon emissions making it more environmentally friendly and also to reduce the operational costs of the building.
The modern building offers various sized offices from 2 person offices up to an offices for 30 people featuring Cat5e cabling, state of the art telecommunications and high speed fibre-optic broadband. Additionally it will now be powered by electricity generated on-site in a new combined heat and power (CHP) engine, with the excess heat produced during the generation process being utilised and fed into the sites hot water systems, replacing the demand on the boilers.
In addition to the CHPs, the site will also have two high efficiency boiler systems, new heating pumps which will be managed with state of the art smart controls.
