Sundown Adventureland visitors which drive electric vehicles are now able to park and charge their cars at any one of the six Energy Revolution 11kW electric car chargers.
The six fast chargers feature dynamic load balancing which allows them to automatically adjust the load to each vehicle to ensure that all vehicles are fully charged in time for returning visitors.
This EV charger infrastructure is part of a larger Energy Revolution™ project at the park which once complete will allow Sundown Adventureland to generate its own greener energy on-site and reduce the parks carbon output making it more sustainable and contribute towards the UKs net zero ambitions.
Each electric vehicle charger can be operated with an NFC FOB or with the app which can be easily downloaded at Google Play or the Appstore. The app allows visitors to monitor their vehicles charge and will notify them once their battery is fully charged.
